1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrewLink Adriatic ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. CrewLink Adriatic is operated by CrewLink d.o.o., registered in Croatia.

2. Description of Service

CrewLink Adriatic is an online platform that connects maritime crew members (skippers, sailors, hostesses, chefs, and students) with charter agencies and boat owners operating along the Adriatic coast. The Platform provides crew profile management, license verification, availability calendars, and search functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Users may register as either Crew (maritime professionals) or Agency (charter agencies and boat owners). Each account type has different features and responsibilities as described on the Platform.

4. Crew Member Obligations

Crew members agree to provide truthful information about their qualifications, experience, and maritime licenses. All uploaded license documents must be authentic and currently valid. Misrepresenting qualifications or providing fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination.

5. Agency Obligations

Charter agencies and boat owners agree to use crew information obtained through the Platform solely for legitimate hiring purposes. Agencies may not redistribute, sell, or share crew data with third parties without explicit consent. Agencies are responsible for independently verifying crew qualifications before engagement.

6. License Verification

CrewLink Adriatic provides an administrative review of uploaded maritime licenses (B category, C 100BT, Yacht Master 500, STCW, etc.). This verification is performed on a best-effort basis and does not constitute an official certification or guarantee. Agencies should conduct their own due diligence.

7. Pricing and Payments

Crew accounts are free. Agency accounts are available under paid subscription plans as described on the Pricing page. Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrewLink Adriatic acts as a platform connecting crew and agencies and is not a party to any employment or service agreement between users. We are not liable for the conduct, qualifications, or reliability of any user. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in any activity that harms the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Split, Croatia.
